Return & exchange policy
Custom-made products cannot be canceled or changed afterwards. Please be thoughtful before ordering.
You can return only when:
- You receive a product different from your order.
- You receive a defective product.
You cannot return when:
- You are returning simply because you changed your mind.
- You are returning after 7 days from delivery.
EMS Delivery
For oversea shipments, recipient's name and address on the order form should be written in English. Also delivery may be difficult in some countries if the recipient's name is different from passport name.
