After posting real skin Koi order notice, there were some inquiries about limited total quantity.

Quantity restriction seems to cause excessive order competition.

So We decided to apply the same rule to all skin colors.  

You can order real skin colors without total quantity restrictions like other skin color.

Instead, real skin color products could take longer production period.

Return & exchange policy

Custom-made products cannot be canceled or changed afterwards. Please be thoughtful before ordering.

 You can return only when:

- You receive a product different from your order.

- You receive a defective product.

 You cannot return when:
- You are returning simply because you changed your mind.

- You are returning after 7 days from delivery.

EMS Delivery 

For oversea shipments, recipient's name and address on the order form should be written in English. Also delivery may be difficult in some countries if the recipient's name is different from passport name.
